You can choose to subscribe monthly, every other month or every three months according to your child's dietary needs and habits.

Can I change the delivery frequency later?

Of course! You can use the subscription plan email sent by the system after placing your order. Simply click on the "Manage Subscription" button provided in the email. From there, you will be able to view your current subscription plan and its associated details. Here are the steps:

1. First, open the subscription plan email sent by the system.
2. Click the "Manage Subscription" option and all your subscriptions will be displayed.
3. Find the subscription you want to change or cancel, and click the corresponding button.
4. Select a new plan and save changes.

If you want to cancel your subscription, just click the "Cancel Subscription Plan" button. Please submit any modifications or cancellations three working days before your next order date.

What if I want to cancel my subscription plan?

If you want to cancel the pet food subscription plan, please open the subscription plan email sent by the system, locate and click on the "Manage Subscription" button provided in the email. Please make sure to perform this step at least three working days before the next order date and click "Cancel Subscription Plan" in the lower right corner of the subscription order.
