ANiMEAL gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash once sold. Once redeemed, the gift card balance is non-refundable and any unused gift card balance cannot be transferred to another person.

ANiMEAL gift cards can be used for purchases on the website（https://www.animeal.co）. ANiMEAL gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

ANiMEAL gift cards are settled in Hong Kong dollars and the remaining balance is subject to the ANiMEAL system.

ANiMEAL will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user or any third party, or for any theft.
